Data should be uploaded in wide format such that each row is a participant and each column is one response latency. The last column of the data file must contain a variable that specifies whether the participant completed the congruent or the incongruent block first. Click here to download an example. Based on some simulations available here, the recommended number of split half iterations is 600. Adding further iterations is unlikely to change the reliability estimate. In order to make the output of the reliability calculations reproducible, you can set a random seed between 1 and 10,000.
